What year manufactured

Hello All, I recently found a heuer stopwatch. I looked through the catalogs and it look identical to a 1963 ref # 907 except the winding mechanism and top small loop. The loop is not a true circle more oval and winding mechanism is more diamond shape. My understanding is this might be 1930/1940. Looking for the year. Please help

Thanks for your message. You’re right it’s a ref. 907 HEUER timer designed for referee. This kind of crown usually features high-end chronographs but it sometimes happens there are exceptions or few variations on specific models. Quite hard to give you the exact  manufacturing year but looking the dial and the logo size, could say 1940/1950.
